Hope you have any suggestions to my problems. I have bought pickups and surrounds for it but the whole pickup and surrounds slip through into the body so I can't mount them and need the same pickups that Epiphone installed the screw centres for the surround plate are 92mm x 35mm the adjustment screws for the height are 78mm centre too centre, do you know where I can buy some from or it means an alteration to the body openings for the pickups I have bought to fit. The body, neck and electrics are second-hand and Epiphone don't issue parts for it for some reason. My 2nd is to do with a Epiphone Viola bass with no pickups where would I be able to buy or find the pickups and surrounds for it. The body is a violin bass body without any holes cut in it yet. What a lot of followers of this wonderful guitar may not know is that Gibson also introduced a slimmed-down version of this guitar in the 1970’s. Hi I have 2 things on my mind 1st is I have a hollow body bass guitar and a EB3 humbucker neck pickup, would I need a chassis plate made to be able to mount it in the hollow body. Gibson’s ES-175 is an iconic guitar favoured by many famous players ranging from the incredible Joe Pass through to the likes of Steve Howe of Yes and jazz virtuoso Pat Metheny. GIBSON ES 125 WITH NO PICK UP UPGRADE

Guess what the epiphone still played like crap compared to the real deal. The ES-235 is built around a maple centerblock paired with spruce bracing.
